Common questions
Are the devices new or refurbished?
Refurbished LCD models — cleaned, inspected and tested before every rental.
Do I need to share my Steam credentials?
No. You sign in yourself with your own account on the device.
Do I pay anything to join the waitlist?
No payment is collected at waitlist signup. Deposit and rental fee are only required at pickup.
Why the €299 deposit?
It's a hold against loss or damage — released in full when the deck is return in the same condition
How quickly can I get a deck?
Same-day pickup when inventory allows. We'll reach out when decks are available.
Is this available outside Berlin?
Berlin only for now. Shipping may follow later.
