3. Why We Collect It

- Waitlist data: deleted within 90 days of the waitlist closing or your request to be removed
- Rental records: retained for up to 10 years as required by German tax law (Abgabenordnung)

- Request deletion of your data (where no legal retention obligation exists)
- Withdraw consent at any time for marketing communications

Waitlist data is stored securely with access limited to the operator only. No data is transmitted to third parties except where required by law or for payment processing.
